Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.

1. Services

1.1 Device Repairs

TechFix Bahrain provides repair services for mobile devices, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices. Our services include screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repair, data recovery, diagnostic services, and other related repairs.

2. Repair Terms

2.1 Quotes and Pricing

All repair quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Prices quoted include parts, labor, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply if additional issues are discovered during the repair process, but we will obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional repairs.

2.2 Repair Timeline

While we strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible, repair times may vary based on the nature of the repair, parts availability, and current workload. Estimated completion times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays that may affect your repair timeline.

2.3 Parts and Materials

We use high-quality parts that meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Parts may be new, OEM, or high-quality aftermarket, depending on availability and the nature of the repair. We will inform you of the type of parts being used in your repair.

2.4 Data and Privacy

While we take reasonable precautions to protect customer data, we cannot guarantee that data on your device will not be lost or damaged during the repair process. We strongly recommend backing up all important data before submitting your device for repair. TechFix Bahrain is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

2.5 Device Pickup

You must pick up your device within 30 days of being notified that the repair is complete. Devices left for more than 30 days after notification may incur storage fees of 1 BHD per day. Devices left for more than 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be recycled or disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

All repairs come with a 6-month limited warranty covering parts and labor for the specific repair performed. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship under normal use conditions.

You must provide accurate and complete information about your device and the issues requiring repair. Withholding information or providing false information may affect our ability to properly diagnose and repair your device.

By submitting a device for repair, you represent that you are the lawful owner of the device or are authorized by the owner to request repair services. We reserve the right to refuse service if we have reason to believe a device may be stolen or obtained fraudulently.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
