At TechFix Bahrain, we strive to provide the highest quality mobile device repair services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our repair services and any products sold.
If we successfully repair your device according to the agreed-upon service, the payment for our services is non-refundable. A successful repair means your device functions properly with respect to the specific issue for which the repair was performed.

All repairs come with a 6-month warranty covering parts and labor for the specific repair performed under normal use conditions. If your device experiences the same issue within the warranty period:
Note: The warranty is void if the device shows signs of physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repair attempts that occurred after our service.
We charge a diagnostic fee of 5 BHD for examining your device and determining the cause of the issue. This fee applies as follows:
For parts and accessories purchased from TechFix Bahrain but not installed by our technicians:
Unopened parts and accessories in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in resalable condition.
Once opened, parts and accessories can only be returned if they are defective. Defective items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund.
Parts specially ordered for your specific device model are non-refundable unless they are defective upon arrival.

If you need to cancel a repair service that has been scheduled but not yet performed:
